20th Annual Studio Tour Registration starts December 3rd

Thanks to those of you who participated in another successful Studio Tour Weekend! We saw more off-island visitors than ever, many of you reported great sales, and we received a huge amount of positive feedback!

What a great weekend! We’re getting ready for the 20th Annual Tour!
Studio Tour Dates: October 8-9-10, 2016, from 10am to 5pm.

Registration Process:

You can register and pay online here once registration opens. Registration forms will also be available as a downloadable PDF on this webpage and in an envelope on the WI Hall stoop. If submitting a hard copy, please drop it into the WI Hall mail slot by the main door, or mail it to PO Box 387, Gabriola Island, V0R 1X0. There will be in-person registration Thursday, December 3rd from 10am-noon, should you prefer that.

Registration deadlines:
Registration is open Thursday, December 3rd at 10am!
• Early Bird and First-Timer fees are available until Dec. 11 at 5pm.
• Final date for registration is Dec. 18th at 5pm.
• Final deadline for images is Jan. 4, 2016.

Registration fees

• First time on the Tour: $100 (maximum of 10 special fee places available)
• Early Bird Principal or Guest: $175
• Principal or Guest Artist: $200

Your registration fee includes your Creative Directory listing (value of $25), but you are required to pay your 2016-17 GAC membership ($10) when you register, to ensure that you are a member when the Tour is taking place

And just so you know!
As in the past, we accept a maximum of 60 locations. A maximum of 10 first-time artists can register at the special rate. There is no overall limit on first-time artists. Register early so you’re not disappointed!
