how to borrow GAC photo & video equipment

Equipment may be reserved online and picked up in-person at the GAC office. This equipment may be used on personal or professional projects (ie. films, documentaries, podcasts and art projects – whatever you wish to create!) You can create it with our equipment thanks to generous grant funding.

In order to reserve equipment you must either have prior approval from GAC or take the GAC Media beginner course . This is to ensure that all equipment is used by qualified video technicians – you do not need to be a professional but you do need to have some basic working knowledge of the equipment.

All equipment use is subject to the borrower agreement.
