Arts Council Board members are expected to provide a minimum of 10 hours per month to Board affairs, including monthly meetings and committee participation; the actual amount depends on committee involvement.

Gabriola Arts Council encourages applications from members of groups that have been marginalized on any grounds, including sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, racialization, disability, political belief, religion, marital or family status, age, and/or status as a First Nation, or Indigenous person.

If you are accepted by the membership at our AGM in Feb/March 2023, we will require your date of birth (CRA regulations) and a short biography for our website. You must also have a current Gabriola Arts Council membership.
