Happy to repurpose and up cycle, Juanita discovered paper crafting about two years ago. As an experienced facilitator, who also performs stand up comedy, Juanita motivates and inspires using houmor.
As a participant in this workshop you will create an “antique” grimoire style journal, in which to store and record spells and other witchery. Your grimoire will look like a family heirloom, already used by several generations. “Vintage” pages stained with beverages and ink, are ready for decorating. You will cover your grimoire with faux leather made from a paper bag. Hidden pockets will keep your secrets. You will learn a pamphlet stitch, suitable for binding large and small books, with custom pages.
