Louise has led creativity and expressive arts programs at The Haven as a means to connect with self and others. She/they brings humour, mindfulness, curiosity, and play to work with people.
Spring is the perfect time to plant the seeds for the rest of your year. We’ll limber up the corpus calossum and strengthen neural pathways between your creative universe-encompassing brain and your practical detail-focused brain.
This 3 hour gathering features collage, a bit of drawing and writing, reflective conversation and an opportunity to adjust your inner compass.

You must register in advance for all workshops and events. Workshops have limited space – spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be kept for workshops that are full. Register early – don’t be disappointed!
