Celeste Snowber, PhD is a dancer, poet, writer, and Professor at SFU. As a site-specific performer, she can be found dancing between land and sea.

This workshop explores the body as a place of listening and a portal to the inner life. The invitation is to break open what it means to honour the terrain of the body and cultivate creativity from the inside out. Focus will be on embracing the paradox and joy in our bodies, through dance and improvisation as a way of knowing and opening up pathways to your voice and writing from the body.
Materials to bring: journal, pen, comfortable clothes to wear, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes – dress appropriately in case we can move/dance outside.

You must register in advance for all workshops and events. Workshops have limited space – spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be kept for workshops that are full. Register early – don’t be disappointed!
