Gabriola Arts Council is seeking applications for a

LOGISTICAL COORDINATOR

The Arts Council is inviting candidates interested in helping with the implementation of community events associated with the Breaking Bannock – Building Bridges program currently underway.

The LOGISTICAL COORDINATOR will work with the Program Consultant and will assist the program design team in bringing Breaking Bannock – Building Bridges events to fruition by, at minimum:

– confirming venues,
– determining the logistical needs for each event,
– pulling together the team who will meet those logistical needs and see to all the details of each event, and
– ensuring that the event is successfully completed.

Contract Duration: June 1 2024 to end December 2024 with potential to extend; for coordination of various events to be held June through December 2024.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour up to a maximum contract total of 140 hours – number of hours per month will vary depending on the event planned for that month.
