I’m solidly rooted on the west coast, and many of my images come from my lifetime of boating, from the Salish Sea to the wilds of BC’s Central and North Coast. Others speak of the beauty I find close to home, in the garden, forest, shoreline and wildlife on Gabriola.
I’ve had four solo shows in recent years (another scheduled for summer 2016), and my work has been displayed at Silva Bay Restaurant over two summers. I’m a member of Gabriola Photography Club, participating in its semi-annual shows, and I’ve taken part in other group shows at Artworks, The Hive and the Centre Gallery. I also write a blog focused on nature.
My prints are professionally mounted on wood and heat-sealed with a vinyl laminate, giving them a lifetime resistance to fading, scratches and moisture damage. They are lightweight but durable, and with no glass, there is no glare, so they hang well in any light.
