Easy Together, Impossible Alone T-shirts still available for pre-order!
GAC is delighted to present the winning design for our Easy Together, Impossible Alone T-shirt contest, contributed by poet, painter, and GAC community member carol weaver, who says:
“I was thrilled to submit my design for this great contest. Having been a t-shirt designer and printer in a past life, it made perfect sense to take part. I chose to include my ‘holy doodle’ beings in the work and took on the challenge of incorporating the Japanese art form of Notan. I hand-drew the graphic on my iPad, centering it around the slogan: “easy together, impossible alone”… a reminder that everything comes from the heart of our community.”
weaver’s graphic will be printed with black ink on cream, pink and turquoise shirts, and with cream ink on black shirts.
We are excited to work on this project with Black Cat Studios Ltd., a Nanaimo based production house with 15 years of sign making and t-shirt printing experience. They specialize in custom printed apparel, vehicle graphics, storefront signage, and stickers of every size.
